On June 3rd at 11:00 am,
people in and around Kanata will meet at the
Lion Dick Brûlé Community Centre,
170 Castlefrank Road with their friends, family
and their four-legged companions to help raise
funds for Lions Foundation of Canada Dog Guides.
Lions Foundation of Canada
provides Dog Guides to Canadians with physical
disabilities at no cost. The Purina Walk For
Dog Guides in Kanata is only one of more than
180 Walks happening right across Canada.
There is no charge for registration and no
minimum donation required. For more information

Did you know....
- The Purina Walk for Dog Guides is the Lions
Foundation of Canada’s biggest fundraising
event. One hundred per cent of the funds raised
go directly towards raising, training and
providing Dog Guides to Canadians with physical
disabilities.
- Lions Foundation of Canada
receives no government funding and provides
Dog Guides to clients at no cost.
- People of all ages and fitness levels, with
or without a dog, are welcome to participate
in the Walk.
