To lodge a by-law complaint, you may do so by sending an e-mail to bylawservices@ottawa.ca or by phoning 3-1-1. Asking for a tracking number at the time of your e-mail or phone call will allow you to follow-up on your case file at a later date. If necessary, do not hesitate to contact me, and I can follow-up on any previously-lodged issue, on your behalf. Having the tracking number at that time, makes it easier to follow-up.
